I wasn't so I cannot tell you if it really works. Book describes how to grow wheat grass and its benefits. You have to be pretty hardcore to drink a lot of this stuff though.
Will probably change your life for the better for ever. A must for the health-conscious.
Much honor and respect to Ann Wigmore. This is my favorite book on the topic. If you have heard wheatgrass is a supreme healer and cleanser, you have heard right. Ann Wigmore in this simple volume explains the whys of wheatgrass and then the hows of growing, harvesting, and using wheatgrass as a health aide, or as a root-aspect of one's own health practice.
I started small batches here and there. Overall this book is very useful if your just looking to learn the health benifit's of wheatgrass, but buy a more informative book if you are interested in growing it yourself. Ann Wigmoore made the medicinal qualities of wheatgrass very easy to follow, but the actually growing process was very brief.
There is a number in the back of the book you can call of you run into problems growing. A process you should consider. Well I called twice in a matter of two week's, and did not recieve a call back.
This book was very informative in the health aspect. The book was very brief in the sense that it did not touch on problem solving. It is inexpensive, and so important to one's health.
I was looking to start growing wheatgrass in my kitchen. I ran in to different problem's with all of them.
This is a great book to learn from, it is not loaded with page after page of pictures and little information on how to.I found it extreamly helpful for what I was doing.
